Abstract
Novel non-ionics and energy device materials made from non-stoichiometric nanomaterials and their applications are discussed. More specifically, the specifications teach the use of nanotechnology and nanostructured materials for developing novel energy related products.
Claims12
A method of preparing a device comprising of the steps
- providing a metal containing substance,
- converting the metal containing substance into a non-stoichiometric non-equilibrium crystalline nanomaterial,
- processing the non-stoichiometric non-equilibrium crystalline nanomaterial into a layer, and
- preparing the device by providing to the surface of the non-stoichiometric non-equilibrium crystalline nanomaterial layer another layer of substance of a different composition.
