Abstract
The method of use of the .alpha.-1 blockers, alfuzosine and terazosine, in the treatment of premature ejaculation is disclosed.

A method for treatment of psychogenic premature ejaculation comprising administering to a patient suffering from psychogenic premature ejaculation an effective amount of alfuzosine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
