Abstract
The invention is a compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein M is a bivalent or trivalent metal ion, and X is OH or O.sup..crclbar.. The above compound of the present invention is useful for prevention or treatment of mycoplasmosis.

- ##STR7## wherein M is a bivalent or trivalent metal ion and X is OH or O.sup..crclbar..
A process for preparing a compound of the formula:
- ##STR9## where M.degree. is Cu.sup.2+, Zn.sup.2+ or Fe.sup.3+ and X is OH or O.sup..crclbar., which comprises culturing Pseudomonas sp. No. 57-250, FERM BP-5143, in an aqueous nutrient medium containing assimilable sources of carbon, nitrogen and inorganic substances, and extracting and collecting said compound from the culture.
