Abstract
This disclosure introduces the use of an isophorone diisocyanate urethane polymer of naturally occurring castor oil as an active ingredient for skin and personal care compositions and products.

A skin and personal care composition comprising 1% to 10% by weight of the reaction product of ##STR2##
- and also containing by weight:
- 4. 0% PPG-30 Cetyl Ether
- 3. 0% Diisopropyl Sebacate;
- 5.0% Isostearyl Neopentanoate Isocetyl Stearate;
- 4.0% Stearic acid;
- 6.0% Propylene Glycol Stearate;
- 1.0% Cetyl alcohol;
- 57.7% to 67.7% Deionized Water;
- 0.2% Quaternium-15;
- 1.0% Triethanolamine;
- 5.0% Acetamide MEA;
- 0.1% Fragrance.
