Abstract
Cyclobutane intermediates wherein the absolute stereochemistry is (1S,2R) of the formula ##STR1## are disclosed. These intermediates are useful in the preparation of compounds having anti-viral activity.
Claims4
A compound of the formula ##STR8## wherein the absolute stereochemistry at the cyclobutane is (1S, 2R) and R.sup.1 is ##STR9## R.sup.2 is lower alkyl of 1 to 5 carbons or both R.sup.2 groups are joined by an alkylene group of 2 or 3 carbons.
