A water-base polyurethane emulsion useful as an adhesive or coating material for a polyolefin resin, which comprises a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component, characterized in that a hydrogenated polyalkadiene polyol is used as the polyol component.

A water-base polyurethane emulsion useful as an adhesive or coating material for a polyolefin resin, which comprises a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component, characterized in that a hydrogenated polyalkadiene polyol is used as the polyol component.
A water-base polyurethane emulsion useful as an adhesive or coating material for a polyolefin resin, which is prepared by reacting a hydrogenated polybutadiene polyol with a polyisocyanate compound to form a polyurethane prepolymer and emulsifying the polyurethane prepolymer in water.
