Abstract
A heat-sensitive recording sheet is proposed which has a heat-sensitive recording layer laminated on one surface of a support body and containing a diasosulfonate; a acid coupling agent comprising a compound having aromatic ring, hetroaromatic ring or substituted aromatic ring bonded thereto OH group and COOH group; and a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition point of 70.degree.-150.degree. C. or a photocuring resin.
Claims6
A heat-sensitive recording sheet adapted for use in a recording process consisting in sequence of optical activation with a wavelength of more than 400 nm, heat-sensitive recording with a thermal energy of 0.4-10 w/1-3 msec per dot (260.mu..times.130.mu.) and photofixing at a wavelength of 300-450 nm, wherein on at least one major surface of a sheet-like support body is formed a heat-sensitive recording layer consisting of:
- a diazosulfonate;
- an acidic coupling agent comprising an aromatic compound in which one or more --OH groups and one --COOH group are bonded to an aromatic ring;
- and
- a member selected from the group consisting of thermosetting or thermoplastic resins having a glass transition point of 70.degree.-150.degree. C.
