Claims26
The methanesulfonate acid addition salt of 5-o-cyanobenzyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno [3,2-c] pyridine.
An acid addition salt of 5-o-cyanobenzyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno [3,2-c] pyridine selected from the group consisting of the hydrochloride, nitrate, hemifumarate and hemitartrate salts.
A therapeutic composition having blood-platelet aggregation activity without anti-inflammatory or vasodilator activity, which comprises the methanesulfonate acid addition salt of 5-o-cyanobenzyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothienopyridine in an amount effective to inhibit blood-platelet aggregation, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A therapeutic composition having blood-platelet aggregation activity without anti-inflammatory or vasodilator activity, which comprises an acid addition salt of 5-o-cyanobenzyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno [3,2-c] pyridine selected from the group consisting of the hydrochloride, nitrate, hemifumarate and hemitartrate salts in an amount effective to inhibit blood-platelet aggregation, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
