A portable blood pressure and pulse rate device utilizing coordinated systems of pressure and sound transducers and calibration gauge using LED or LCD readout having an electronically operable pressure threshold setter that can be set about 30 millimeters mercury equivalence or more above the anticipated highest systolic blood pressure of the subject; the pressure threshold is entered into the RAM memory to automatically trigger the electronic sensing and latching of the blood pressure and pulse rate values only after the set pressure threshold has been reached; the degree of physical activity can be independently programmed from the degree of emotional stress through two sets of electronic function levers for storage and future recall of these data respective to the date, time, identification, and other relevant data per patient; right or left arm where blood pressure is taken is programmable. All data can be recalled by synthesized speech and/or visually.
An electronic blood pressure and pulse rate measuring device for use on a subject by a user who can be said subject or another person and that can be used with battery power or ordinary available home and office current which comprises, in combination;
A non-invasive electronic blood pressure and pulse rate calculator utilizing a combination of a circumferentially adaptable inflatable-deflatable arm-cuff to detect the systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate readings by the Korotkoff method through a combination of pressure and acoustical transducers correlated with calibration means in equivalence of millimeters of mercury, wherein the readings can be programmed to coordinate with an electronic means of grading the degree of physical activity and (or) the degree of emotional stress of the subject before each measurement is taken so as to coordinate this data with the patient identification at certain times and dates for entry and storage into the calculator's memory for future coordinated retrieval either for singular data display or multiple data display retrievable in either forward or backward order in time according to the programmed time frame of interval between each group of correlated data.
An electronic blood pressure and pulse rate measuring device for use on a subject by a user who can be said subject or another person and that can be used with battery power or ordinary available home and office current which comprises, in combination;
