Abstract
Pyrazoline derivatives of the formula ##STR1## wherein Z represents a radical of the formula ##STR2## or of the formula ##STR3## and R, R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.8, R.sub.9 and R.sub.10 represent specific substituents and An.sup..crclbar. represents the equivalent of a colorless anion, a process for the production of these compounds and their use as fluorescent brightening agents.
Claims3
A pyrazoline derivative of the formula ##STR86## wherein R.sub.8, R.sub.9 and R.sub.10, each independently of the other, represent hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy, and
- Z represents a radical of the formula ##STR87## or of the formula ##STR88## wherein R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen or lower alkyl,
- R.sub.2 represents cyano or --CONR.sub.6 R.sub.7, wherein R.sub.6 and R.sub.7, each independently of the other, represent hydrogen or lower alkyl or together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, represent a saturated heterocyclic ring selected from the group consisting of pyrrolidino, piperidino and morpholino,
- R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 represent lower alkyl or together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached represent a saturated heterocyclic ring selected from the group consisting of pyrrolidino, piperidino, morpholino and thiomorpholino,
- R represents hydrogen, allyl or lower alkyl,
- An.sup..crclbar. represents CH.sub.3 OSO.sub.3.sup..crclbar. or Cl.sup..crclbar.,
- m is 0 or 1, and
- n is an integer from 2 to 6.
