Abstract
Rust preventing synthetic resin compositions to be added to cement or mortar, which have high strength, adhesion and waterproof, contain 0.05.about.5 parts by weight of a primary alkanol-amine having 2 to 8 carbon atoms based on 100 parts by weight of resin solid content in a synthetic resin emulsion.

Rust preventing synthetic resin compositions to be added to cement or cement mortar comprising 0.05-5 parts by weight of a primary alkanol-amine having 2 to 8 carbon atoms based on 100 parts by weight of resin solid content in a synthetic resin emulsion.
Rust preventing aqueous paint compositions comprising a synthetic resin emulsion and cement or cement mortar, if necessary aggregate and a coloring agent in an amount of 5.about.60 parts by weight of resin solid content in the resin emulsion based on 100 parts by weight of cement, said synthetic resin emulsion containing 0.05.about.5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of resin solid content in the synthetic resin emulsion, of a primary alkanol-amine having 2 to 8 carbon atoms.
