Abstract
Disclosed is an improved photosensitive composition having increased light sensitivity. Said composition comprises an O-quinone diazide, phthalic anhydride and an aromatic sulfonic acid.

A composition comprising phthalic anhydride, an aromatic sulfonic acid and an o-quinone diazide, said phthalic anhydride and said aromatic sulfonic acid are present in amounts sufficient to increase the light sensitivity of said composition.
