Abstract
Recording media comprising a mixture of 4,4'-bis(3-diazo-3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1-naphthalenesulfonyloxy)benzil and an alkali soluble resin are suitable for recording information with electron beams. These recording media have high sensitivity, high resolving power and can be reproducibly formulated.

A medium for electron beam recording which comprises a mixture containing from about 1 to about 50% by weight of an active compound of the structure ##STR8## and an alkali-soluble resin.
A medium according to claimd 4 wherein the mixture of active compound and alkali-soluble resin is deposited as a film on a support.
