Abstract
An electronic component includes: a semiconductor substrate provided with a first surface on which an electronic element is arranged, a second surface on an opposite side to the first surface, an electrode arranged on the second surface, and a through-electrode arranged from the first surface side to the second surface and connected to the electrode; and a Peltier element arranged on the second surface. The electrode arranged on the second surface is arranged outside the Peltier element in a plan view with respect to the second surface.

An electronic component comprising:
- a semiconductor substrate having a first surface on which an electronic element is arranged, a second surface on an opposite side to the first surface, an electrode arranged on the second surface, and a through-electrode arranged from the first surface side to the second surface and connected to the electrode;
- and a Peltier element arranged on the second surface,
- wherein the electrode arranged on the second surface is arranged outside the Peltier element in a plan view with respect to the second surface.
