Display device, and electronic device using the same

An electronic device comprising:

• at least one display device comprising a substrate including a light emitting area and a non-light emitting area;
• and
• at least one of a display module, a processor, a memory, or a power module connected to the display device,
• wherein the display device comprises:
• a first gate conductive layer and a second gate conductive layer on the substrate and sequentially stacked;
• a third gate conductive layer on the second gate conductive layer and in contact with at least one of the first gate conductive layer or the second gate conductive layer through a gate contact hole;
• an interlayer insulating layer on the third gate conductive layer;
• a source-drain conductive layer on the interlayer insulating layer;
• a gate flat layer between the interlayer insulating layer and the source-drain conductive layer and located in the gate contact hole;
• and
• a passivation layer on the source-drain conductive layer,
• wherein the gate flat layer has an organic pattern shape, and
• wherein, in a portion overlapping the gate contact hole, the source-drain conductive layer overlaps the gate flat layer.
