Abstract
A solar cell and a method for preparing the solar cell are provided. The solar cell is formed by cutting a whole cell and includes: a cell substrate and a plurality of textures arranged in the cell substrate, the plurality of textures being spaced apart from each other along a first direction. In the first direction, a density of plurality of the textures is 1 texture per 10 μm to 30 textures per 10 μm, and the first direction is perpendicular to a thickness direction of the cell substrate.
Claims20
A solar cell, comprising:
- a cell substrate comprising a front surface, a back surface, and a side surface connecting the front surface and the back surface;
- a plurality of textures formed on the side surface, the plurality of textures being spaced apart from each other in a first direction, wherein in the first direction, a density of the plurality of the textures is in a range from 1 texture per 10 μm to 30 textures per 10 μm, and the first direction is perpendicular to a thickness direction of the cell substrate.
