Abstract
An electro-optical device includes: a transistor; a pixel electrode disposed at a light incident side of the transistor; a capacitive element including, in a layer between the transistor and the pixel electrode, a capacitance electrode and the other capacitance electrode that is electrically coupled to the transistor and the pixel electrode at a light incident side of the capacitance electrode and is made of a material containing aluminum; and a conductive layer that is formed in a same layer as the capacitance electrode and is electrically coupled to the other capacitance electrode and is electrically coupled to the pixel electrode via a contact hole disposed at a distance from the other capacitance electrode in a plan view.
Claims7
An electro-optical device comprising:
- a transistor;
- a pixel electrode disposed at a light incident side of the transistor;
- a capacitive element including, in a layer between the transistor and the pixel electrode, a first capacitance electrode and a second capacitance electrode that is electrically coupled to the transistor and the pixel electrode at a light incident side of the first capacitance electrode and is made of a material containing aluminum;
- and
- a conductive layer that is formed in a same layer as the first capacitance electrode and is electrically coupled to the second capacitance electrode and is electrically coupled to the pixel electrode via a contact hole disposed at a distance from the second capacitance electrode in a plan view.
