Abstract

A modular liquid-cooled power distribution system includes a component rack, one or more component modules mounted within the component rack, and an external liquid cooling system integrated with the component rack and configured to supply external coolant to the one or more component modules. Each component module comprises a housing defining an internal volume containing dielectric coolant, one or more electrical components at least partially submerged in the dielectric coolant, and a heat exchanger configured to transfer heat from the dielectric coolant to the external coolant.
