Circuit board, circuit board replacement system, and circuit board replacement method

A circuit board for controlling an apparatus, the circuit board comprising:

• a processing unit configured to be capable of executing various processes;
• a storage unit configured to be capable of storing various kinds of data;
• a power supply wire for power supply to the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a disconnection unit that is capable of disconnecting a portion, which performs power supply to the storage unit, in the power supply wire;
• and
• a connection unit that is capable of connecting a portion of the power supply wire on a side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit with an outside.

A circuit board for controlling an apparatus, the circuit board comprising:

• a processing unit configured to be capable of executing various processes;
• a storage unit configured to be capable of storing various kinds of data;
• a signal wire for signal transmission between the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a disconnection unit that is capable of disconnecting the signal wire;
• and
• a connection unit that is capable of connecting a portion of the signal wire on a side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit with an outside.

A circuit board replacement system being a system for replacing a circuit board for controlling an apparatus, wherein the board includes:

• a processing unit configured to be capable of executing various processes;
• a storage unit configured to be capable of storing various kinds of data;
• a power supply wire for power supply to the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a signal wire for signal transmission between the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a disconnection unit that is capable of disconnecting a portion, which performs power supply to the storage unit, in the power supply wire and disconnecting the signal wire;
• and
• a connection unit that is capable of connecting a portion of the power supply wire on a side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit and a portion of the signal wire on the side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit with an outside, and
• wherein the storage unit of the board subject to replacement is connected to the processing unit of the board as a replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement in a state where the portion, which performs power supply to the storage unit, in the power supply wire and the signal wire are disconnected by the disconnection unit in the board subject to replacement, and in the connection state, the processing unit of the board as the replacement reads data stored in the storage unit of the board subject to replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement and executes a data transfer process for storing the data in the storage unit of the board as the replacement.

A circuit board replacement system being a system for replacing a circuit board for controlling an apparatus, wherein the board includes:

• a processing unit configured to be capable of executing various processes;
• a storage unit configured to be capable of storing various kinds of data;
• a power supply wire for power supply to the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a disconnection unit that is capable of disconnecting a portion, which performs power supply to the storage unit, in the power supply wire;
• and
• a connection unit that is capable of connecting a portion of the power supply wire on a side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit with an outside, and
• wherein the storage unit of the board subject to replacement is connected to the processing unit of the board as a replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement in a state where the portion, which performs power supply to the storage unit, in the power supply wire is disconnected by the disconnection unit in the board subject to replacement, and in the connection state, the processing unit of the board as the replacement reads data stored in the storage unit of the board subject to replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement and executes a data transfer process for storing the data in the storage unit of the board as the replacement.

A circuit board replacement system being a system for replacing a circuit board for controlling an apparatus, wherein the board includes:

• a processing unit configured to be capable of executing various processes;
• a storage unit configured to be capable of storing various kinds of data;
• a signal wire for signal transmission between the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a disconnection unit that is capable of disconnecting the signal wire;
• and
• a connection unit that is capable of connecting a portion of the signal wire on a side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit with an outside, and
• wherein the storage unit of the board subject to replacement is connected to the processing unit of the board as a replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement in a state where the signal wire is disconnected by the disconnection unit in the board subject to replacement, and in the connection state, the processing unit of the board as the replacement reads data stored in the storage unit of the board subject to replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement and executes a data transfer process for storing the data in the storage unit of the board as the replacement.

A circuit board replacement method being a method for replacing a circuit board for controlling an apparatus, wherein the board includes:

• a processing unit configured to be capable of executing various processes;
• a storage unit configured to be capable of storing various kinds of data;
• a power supply wire for power supply to the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a signal wire for signal transmission between the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a disconnection unit that is capable of disconnecting a portion, which performs power supply to the storage unit, in the power supply wire and disconnecting the signal wire;
• and
• a connection unit that is capable of connecting a portion of the power supply wire on a side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit and a portion of the signal wire on the side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit with an outside, and
• wherein the storage unit of the board subject to replacement is connected to the processing unit of the board as a replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement in a state where the portion, which performs power supply to the storage unit, in the power supply wire and the signal wire are disconnected by the disconnection unit in the board subject to replacement, and in the connection state, data stored in the storage unit of the board subject to replacement are read by the processing unit of the board as the replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement, and a data transfer process for storing the data in the storage unit of the board as the replacement is executed.

A circuit board replacement method being a method for replacing a circuit board for controlling an apparatus, wherein the board includes:

• a processing unit configured to be capable of executing various processes;
• a storage unit configured to be capable of storing various kinds of data;
• a power supply wire for power supply to the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a disconnection unit that is capable of disconnecting a portion, which performs power supply to the storage unit, in the power supply wire;
• and
• a connection unit that is capable of connecting a portion of the power supply wire on a side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit with an outside, and
• wherein the storage unit of the board subject to replacement is connected to the processing unit of the board as a replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement in a state where the portion, which performs power supply to the storage unit, in the power supply wire is disconnected by the disconnection unit in the board subject to replacement, and in the connection state, data stored in the storage unit of the board subject to replacement are read by the processing unit of the board as the replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement, and a data transfer process for storing the data in the storage unit of the board as the replacement is executed.

A circuit board replacement method being a method for replacing a circuit board for controlling an apparatus, wherein the board includes:

• a processing unit configured to be capable of executing various processes;
• a storage unit configured to be capable of storing various kinds of data;
• a signal wire for signal transmission between the processing unit and the storage unit;
• a disconnection unit that is capable of disconnecting the signal wire;
• and
• a connection unit that is capable of connecting a portion of the signal wire on a side of the storage unit relative to the disconnection unit with an outside, and
• wherein the storage unit of the board subject to replacement is connected to the processing unit of the board as a replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement in a state where the signal wire is disconnected by the disconnection unit in the board subject to replacement, and in the connection state, data stored in the storage unit of the board subject to replacement are read by the processing unit of the board as the replacement via the connection unit of the board subject to replacement, and a data transfer process for storing the data in the storage unit of the board as the replacement is executed.
