Abstract
The purpose of the present disclosure is to share encrypted data in a wireless communication system. An operation method of a first device may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a second device, a first message requesting capability information of the first device; transmitting, to the second device, a second message including the capability information of the first device; performing control signaling with the second device; and transmitting data on the basis of the control signaling.

A method, comprising:
- receiving, by a first device from a second device, a first message requesting capability information of the first device;
- transmitting, by the first device to the second device, a second message including the capability information of the first device;
- performing, by the first device, control signaling with the second device;
- and
- transmitting, by the first device, data based on the control signaling,
- wherein the data or a message transmitted through the control signaling, as information for a key refreshing procedure for a data sharing service based on homomorphic encryption, includes a secret key of the first device encrypted by using a first reference public key based on public keys of updated members and is used to convert data encrypted by using a second reference public key determined before the key refreshing procedure into data encrypted by using the first reference public key.
