Secondary battery fixing jig, secondary battery charging and discharging device, and method for using same

A secondary battery fixing jig in which a charging power source, a discharging load, or an electrical characteristic measurement terminal is connected to a plurality of electrode terminals in a secondary battery, wherein the secondary battery fixing jig comprises:

• a mounting plate comprising an electrically insulating material with the secondary battery thereon;
• a plurality of terminal connection parts, wherein each of the terminal connection parts is electrically connected by direct contact with one of the plurality of electrode terminals, and is electrically connected to a charging and discharging machine;
• a bus bar on the mounting plate and electrically connecting electrode terminals with the same polarity among the plurality of electrode terminals of the secondary battery;
• and
• at least one terminal fixing member configured to be movable along the bus bar and electrically connecting an electrode terminal with the same polarity as that of the electrode terminal connected to the terminal connection part, on the bus bar.
