A computer-implemented method, system, and computer program product for providing augmented mental health support. A conversational input is received from a user via a conversational interface module. The conversational input is analyzed to identify a sentiment and/or a mental health indicator, which corresponds to a specific clinical metric or behavioral marker, such as a measured level of stress, anxiety, or depression, identified within a conversational input to characterize a user's current psychological state. Longitudinal historical data associated with the user is then retrieved from a database, where the longitudinal historical data includes data points from the previous conversational sessions. A personalized response is then generated based on the identified mental health indicator and the retrieved longitudinal historical data. The personalized response is then transmitted to a user interface. The longitudinal historical data in the database is then updated to include the mental health indicator identified in the current session.
