A technique capable of reducing the time and effort of manual operation by a person or burden on the person while allowing the person to input and set some of information, regarding a dimension measurement system or the like is provided. The invention is directed to a dimension measurement system that displays, for a user, a screen including an image and a graphical user interface (GUI), designates a reference line (interface reference line) for specifying a part of an area of a dimension measurement target structure, and designates a reference point (area reference point) contained within the area for specifying the area of the dimension measurement target structure, based on a manual operation by the user, on the image on the screen (step S3), detects a contour or edge of the area of the dimension measurement target structure in the image by using the reference line and the reference point (step S4), and measures the dimension of the dimension measurement target structure in the image by using information on the detected contour or edge (step S5).
A dimension measurement system which measures a dimension of a structure displayed as an image including a plurality of areas having different luminance, comprising:
A dimension measurement method for measuring a dimension of a structure displayed as an image including a plurality of areas having different luminance, by using a dimension measurement system including a processor, a memory resource that stores data to be processed by the processor, and a display that displays a graphical user interface (GUI), the method comprising:
A non-volatile recording medium having stored thereon a program for causing a computer to execute the following steps to measure a dimension of a structure displayed as an image including a plurality of areas having different luminance by using the computer equipped with a display that displays a graphical user interface (GUI):
