Operations and maintenance systems and methods are disclosed for controlling the operation of a real system including a plurality of objects. In an embodiment, the method includes evaluating at least one of the plurality of objects using a first model and a second model to produce a first prediction and a second prediction, respectively, of a characteristic of at least one of the plurality of objects. The method also includes generating a final prediction of the characteristic of at least one of the plurality of objects as a function of the first and second predictions. The method further includes executing an operational or maintenance decision with respect to the real system as a function of the final prediction of the characteristic of at least one of the plurality of objects.
