Abstract

A Pareto solution search device includes processing circuitry to acquire an evaluation value of each of Pareto solution candidates based on a data envelopment analysis from a simulator that calculates the evaluation value of each of M (M≥2) Pareto solution candidates based on the data envelopment analysis in a plurality of objective functions corresponding to a multi-objective problem for which a solution is obtained by a genetic algorithm using the data envelopment analysis, to calculate a relative distance between the M Pareto solution candidates, to select G (1≤G≤M) Pareto solution candidates from among the M Pareto solution candidates, on the basis of the relative distance and the evaluation values, and to create new (M-G) Pareto solution candidates different from the G Pareto solution candidates, using one or more Pareto solution candidates among the G Pareto solution candidates.

A Pareto solution search device comprising processing circuitry

to perform acquisition of an evaluation value of each of Pareto solution candidates based on a data envelopment analysis from a simulator that calculates the evaluation value of each of M (M being an integer equal to or greater than 2) Pareto solution candidates based on the data envelopment analysis in a plurality of objective functions corresponding to a multi-objective problem for which a solution is obtained by a genetic algorithm using the data envelopment analysis,
to perform calculation of a relative distance between the M Pareto solution candidates,
to perform selection of G (G being an integer that is equal to or greater than 1 and is smaller than M) Pareto solution candidates from among the M Pareto solution candidates, on a basis of the relative distance and the evaluation value, and
to perform creation of new (M-G) Pareto solution candidates different from the G Pareto solution candidates, using one or more Pareto solution candidates among the G Pareto solution candidates, wherein the processing circuitry is configured, in the selection,
to select N (N being an integer that is equal to or greater than 1 and is not greater than M) Pareto solution candidates from among the M Pareto solution candidates, on a basis of the relative distance, and
to select G (G being an integer that is equal to or greater than 1 and is smaller than N) Pareto solution candidates from among the N Pareto solution candidates, on a basis of the evaluation value of each of the N Pareto solution candidates.

the processing circuitry selects, in the selection, the G Pareto solution candidates from among the M Pareto solution candidates, on a basis of the relative distance, the evaluation value after the correction, and the evaluation value of each of Pareto solution candidates not included in the Pareto frontier among the M Pareto solution candidates.

the processing circuitry calculates, in the calculation, a relative distance between the M Pareto solution candidates including the Pareto solution candidate after the correction and Pareto solution candidates not corrected by the correction among the M Pareto solution candidates.
