Abstract

A method and system for identifying radiated noise of a ships, a device and a medium are provided. The method includes: acquiring radiated noise signals generated by ships; constructing a wave equation based on a physical law followed by the radiated noise signals during propagation of the radiated noise signals; constructing a first loss function based on differences between actual types of the ships indicated by the radiated noise signals and predicted types of the ships output by PINNs; constructing a second loss function by taking whether the predicted types output by the PINNs satisfy the wave equation as a constraint for outputs of the PINNs; training the PINNs by using the radiated noise signals to thereby obtain trained PINNs; optimizing network parameters of the PINNs through the first loss function and the second loss function; and identifying the radiated noise of the ships through the trained PINNs.

Dependent claims

A method for identifying radiated noise of ships, comprising the following steps:

acquiring radiated noise signals generated by the ships during navigation of the ships;
constructing, based on a physical law followed by the radiated noise signals during propagation of the radiated noise signals, a wave equation;
constructing, based on differences between actual types of the ships indicated by the radiated noise signals and predicted types of the ships output by physics-informed neural networks (PINNs) based on the radiated noise signals, a first loss function;
and constructing, by taking whether the predicted types of the ships output by the PINNs satisfy the wave equation as a constraint for outputs of the PINNs, a second loss function;
training the PINNs by using the radiated noise signals to thereby obtain trained PINNs, and optimizing, based on the first loss function and the second loss function, network parameters of the PINNs during training the PINNs;
and
identifying the radiated noise of the ships by using the trained PINNs;
