Heat exchanger core with integrated distributer arrangement

A heat exchanger core for a heat exchanger system, the heat exchanger core comprising:

• a plurality of first flow structures respectively defining a first passage through the heat exchanger core, the plurality of first flow structures respectively including a first exchanger plate and a first frame member, the first exchanger plate having a first periphery, the first frame member extending along at least part of the first periphery;
• a plurality of second flow structures respectively defining a second passage through the heat exchanger core, the plurality of second flow structures respectively including a second exchanger plate and a second frame member, the second exchanger plate having a second periphery, the second frame member extending along at least part of the second periphery;
• the plurality of first flow structures and the plurality of second flow structures stacked together in an alternating arrangement and thermally coupled together with the plurality of first frame members and the plurality of second frame members cooperatively defining a distribution wall of the heat exchanger core, the distribution wall having an external side and an internal side;
• and
• the distribution wall including a plurality of apertures extending through respective ones of the plurality of first frame members from the external side to the internal side to fluidly communicate with the respective first passage, and the plurality of second frame members projecting from adjacent ones of the plurality of first frame members on the internal side of the distribution wall to provide a boundary for the respective first passage.
