High pressure gas compresor environmental recovery system

A natural gas compressor package, comprising:

• a natural gas compressor having:
• a plurality of compressor assemblies each including a piston rod and a rod packing;
• and
• a plurality of drain conduits, each drain conduit connecting to one rod packing of one of the compressor assemblies and being in fluid communication with a crankcase of the natural gas compressor, wherein fluids passing through the drain conduit drain into an interior of a crankcase of the natural gas compressor;
• a natural gas engine coupled to the compressor, wherein the natural gas compressor rotates the natural gas compressor, the natural gas engine having:
• an air intake system;
• and
• a vacuum conduit extending between and fluidly coupling the interior of the crankcase of the natural gas compressor with the air intake system, wherein vacuum from the air intake system is applied to the interior of the crankcase of the natural gas compressor.
