Abstract
A CHO cell line and a process for the production of recombinant human urokinase in its low molecular weight form (rh-LMW-uPA) via the cell line are described. The process has high productivity and allows the production of low molecular weight urokinase with improved characteristics in terms of safety, quality and stability.
