Abstract
Provided are engineered cells with enhanced transcriptional activities of a transcriptional enhanced associate domain (TEAD) protein, and methods of making and use thereof. The engineered cells overexpress a TEAD coactivator (e.g., a YAP peptide or a WWTR1 peptide).

An engineered cell having an enhanced TEAD (transcriptional enhanced associate domain) protein transcriptional activity.
An engineered cell overexpressing a YAP peptide or a WWTR1 peptide.
An engineered cell comprising:
- (a). an engineered receptor;
- and
- (b). an exogenous YAP peptide or an exogenous WWTR1 peptide.
A nucleic acid, comprising one or more nucleic acid sequences encoding:
- (a). an engineered receptor;
- and/or
- (b). a YAP peptide or WWTR1 peptide,
- wherein the YAP peptide or WWTR1 peptide is overexpressed.
