Abstract
The present disclosure relates to immunotherapeutic compositions and methods of use thereof to treat and/or prevent cancer using a nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-containing protein 2 (NOD2) agonist and an immunotherapeutic agent.
Claims22
A method of treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), the method comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-containing protein 2 (NOD2) agonist and an immunotherapeutic agent, wherein the method decreases tumor burden of CLL relative to an untreated control.
13-19. (canceled)
A method of stimulating a monocyte or a macrophage, the method comprising exposing the monocyte or the macrophage to an effective amount of a nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-containing protein 2 (NOD2) agonist and an immunotherapeutic agent, wherein the method shifts the monocyte or the macrophage from an M2-like phenotype to an M1-like phenotype.
(canceled)
An immunotherapeutic composition comprising:
- a muramyldipeptide (MDP), a muramyltripeptide (MTP), L18-MDP, M-TriLYS, murabutide, N-Glycolyl-MDP, or a derivative thereof;
- a monoclonal antibody;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
