Fastening tape peeling device

A fastening tape peeling device comprising:

• a support mechanism configured to rotatably support a reel in which an outer peripheral portion of a spiral tape and a tip end portion of the cover tape are fastened by a fastening tape, a carrier tape being spirally wound in the spiral tape, the carrier tape including a base tape provided with an accommodation section that accommodates a component, and a cover tape that closes an accommodation section and is attached to the base tape;
• a separating mechanism configured to separate, from the outer peripheral portion of the spiral tape using air, a non-adhesive portion which is a portion on a tip end side of the fastening tape of the reel supported by the support mechanism and in which an adhesive for fastening the fastening tape and the outer peripheral portion of the spiral tape is not provided;
• a gripping mechanism configured to grip the non-adhesive portion separated from the outer peripheral portion of the spiral tape by the separating mechanism;
• and
• a separation mechanism configured to separate the fastening tape from the cover tape by moving the gripping mechanism in a direction away from the reel in a state where the gripping mechanism grips the non-adhesive portion.
