An exhaust purification device includes: a first catalyst arranged in an exhaust passage of an engine and containing a three-way catalyst; a second catalyst arranged on a downstream side of the first catalyst and containing an NH3 adsorbent; a third catalyst arranged on the downstream side of the second catalyst and containing an HC adsorbent; a fourth catalyst arranged on the downstream side of the third catalyst and containing an oxidation catalyst and an oxygen storage/release material; and a secondary air supply device that supplies secondary air between the first catalyst and the second catalyst. The NH3 adsorbent includes a zeolite having a pore structure of an oxygen ring of less than 10 members, and the HC adsorbent includes a zeolite having a pore structure of an oxygen ring of 10 members or more.
