Abstract

The present disclosure provides a medicament delivery system including a cassette comprising a medicament bag, a connector, and a pump unit connectable to the cassette via the connector. The pump unit is configured to introduce air in the cassette around the medicament bag. The pump unit includes a pump, an air inlet, an air valve, and a pressure sensor configured to measure pressure in the cassette. The pump unit defines an air inlet path between the air inlet and the connector, said air inlet path comprising the pump. The pump unit further defines an air return path between the connector and the air valve, when said air valve is open.
