Abstract
The present disclosure relates to an application of stem cells or transgenic stem cells, and specifically, the stem cells or transgenic stem cells are used for preparing a stem cell gel solution or tissue-engineered cartilage. Finally obtained grafts are capable of expressing active proteins. These proteins induce differentiation of a host's own stem cells into chondrocytes. This process accelerates graft integration with host tissue.
