Abstract

The present invention provides a modular platform for molecular conjugation, comprising a first module and a second module linked together, characterized in that: the first module comprises a peptide, a molecular staple, and a first L-nucleotide strand, and the second module comprises a second L-nucleotide strand, at least one linker, and at least one active molecule, wherein the second L-nucleotide strand is complementary to the first L-nucleotide strand, and wherein the peptide and the at least one active molecule are linked together through the first and the second L-nucleotide strands hybridising to form a double-stranded duplex.
