Please replace the Abstract with the following amended paragraph: An intraocular lens (IOL) fixation device is provided that has an IOL-supporting frame that can be compressed elongated or shortened within a delivery system and an array of arms tipped with T-shaped fixation elements that can pass through a sclera wall in a collapsed state to catch on an opposite surface of the sclera wall when in an expanded state to achieve fixation. A cannula, catheter, or needle delivery system can hold the fixation device in a constrained fashion, compressing the collapsible T-shaped ends in the collapsed until deployed from the delivery system. A grasper can pull the T-shaped fixation elements through the sclera wall in a collapsed state.
