Abstract
A suture construct apparatus includes a self-cinching suture member having a first strand, a second strand, a sleeve defined on the second strand, wherein the first strand extends through the sleeve in a self-cinching configuration.
Claims1
A suture construct apparatus, comprising:
- a continuous loop member;
- a self-cinching suture member, the self-cinching suture member including a first strand and a second strand having a proximal end opposite the continuous loop member, the first and second strands forming an adjustable loop disposed on the continuous loop member, and the second strand forming a self-cinching suture member fixed loop;
- a first shuttling suture having a first shuttling suture free end and a first shuttling suture trailing end forming a first shuttling suture fixed loop disposed on the continuous loop member;
- and
- a second shuttling suture having a second shuttling suture free end and a second shuttling suture trailing end forming a second shuttling suture fixed loop disposed on the self-cinching suture member fixed loop.
