Abstract

The present invention discloses a wig cap and a wig, comprising: a wig cap body, a fastening strap, a plurality of hooks, and a plurality of rings; wherein an inverted V-shaped opening is provided at the central bottom end of the wig cap body; the fastening strap is connected to the first side edge of the inverted V-shaped opening; the plurality of hooks are disposed on the second side edge of the inverted V-shaped opening; the plurality of rings are arranged transversely on the fastening strap; and the plurality of hooks and the plurality of rings have a detachable connection relationship, and by connecting the plurality of hooks to the rings at different positions, the circumferential length of the lower edge of the wig cap is adjusted.
