Abstract
A sealing resin formation device, which is a formation device that forms a sealing resin used for compression molding of a workpiece, includes: a forming mold that has a pair of lower mold and upper mold that are opened and closed, and that accommodates. and heats and pressurizes a base resin in a state where a release film is interposed, so as to form the sealing resin of a predetermined shape; and a film peeling mechanism that peels the release film from the formed sealing resin.

A sealing resin formation device, which is a formation device that forms a sealing resin used for compression molding of a workpiece, the sealing resin formation device comprising:
- a forming mold that has a pair of lower mold and upper mold that are opened and closed, and that accommodates, and heats and pressurizes a base resin in a state where a release film is interposed, so as to form the sealing resin of a predetermined shape;
- and
- a film peeling mechanism that peels the release film from the formed sealing resin.
