Abstract
Provided is a foldable display device. The protective member provided at the uppermost side extends to overlap the housing on a plane. Accordingly, the bezel region of the display device may be reduced. Entrance of foreign substances into the inside of the display device may be blocked, prevented, or reduced. The resin is on the side surface of the display device. The impact resistance of the display device may be improved.

A display device comprising:
- a display panel configured to be foldable;
- a protective member provided above the display panel;
- a lower member provided below the display panel;
- and
- a resin attached to at least a first side surface of the display panel and a first side surface of the lower member corresponding to the first side surface of the display panel and provided inside the protective member on a plane.

- a display device;
- a hinge assembly coupled to the display device and configured to convert the display device between an unfolded state and a folded state;
- and
- a housing coupled to the display device and the hinge assembly,
- wherein the display device comprises:
- a display panel;
- a protective member provided above the display panel and attached to the housing;
- a lower member provided below the display panel;
- and
- a resin attached to at least a first side surface of the display panel and a first side surface of the lower member corresponding to the first side surface of the display panel and provided inside the protective member on a plane.
