Abstract

The present invention provides a flexible printed circuit having a structure capable of favorably suppressing breakage of a circuit body. A flexible printed circuit, includes: a flexible circuit body having a substrate, wiring formed on the substrate, and an insulating coating covering the wiring; and a reinforcing plate laminated on the circuit body, in which the circuit body includes a first portion and a second portion extending from the first portion with a smaller width than the first portion, the reinforcing plate is laminated on at least the first portion among the first portion and the second portion, and when viewed in a thickness direction of the circuit body, the reinforcing plate is disposed at a position offset toward inward side of the circuit body with respect to a boundary point P1 between the first portion and the second portion in an outline of the circuit body.
