Soundproof flexible cushion, headphone cushion and manufacturing process thereof

A manufacturing process of a headphone cushion, comprising the following steps:

• step 1:
• preparing a flexible cushion body, a protective film, a silicone sheet, a soft rubber member and a soft outer covering;
• step 2:
• covering a front and/or back of the flexible cushion body with the protective film;
• step 3:
• covering a front and/or back of the protective film with the silicone sheet to obtain a first-stage semi-finished product;
• step 4:
• cutting the first-stage semi-finished product into strips to obtain a strip-shaped flexible cushion body;
• step 5:
• coiling one end of the strip-shaped flexible cushion body toward another end of the strip-shaped flexible cushion body to form an annular flexible cushion body so that the silicone sheet is adhered to the front or back of the flexible cushion body;
• step 6:
• covering a front and/or back of the sealing soundproof member with the soft rubber member to obtain a second-stage semi-finished product;
• and
• step 7:
• covering the second-stage semi-finished product with the soft outer covering.
