Abstract
A battery pack according to the present disclosure may include: a plurality of cell assemblies; a pack case including a receiving space accommodating the plurality of cell assemblies; and a discharge unit partially exposed on one side of the pack case and configured to discharge venting gas generated by a thermal event in the cell assembly to the outside of the pack case.

A battery pack, comprising:
- a plurality of cell assemblies;
- a pack case including a receiving space accommodating the plurality of cell assemblies;
- and
- a discharge unit partially exposed on one side of the pack case and configured to discharge venting gas generated by a thermal event in the cell assembly to the outside of the pack case.
