Abstract
A 3D space data generation method for flight of an aerial vehicle may include receiving map data for a 3D space in which the aerial vehicle flies, and dividing a space into a flight area in which the aerial vehicle flies and a restricted area in which the aerial vehicle does not fly based on the map data and dividing the flight area and the restricted area into each unit area to generate 3D space data.
Claims21
(canceled)
An electronic device comprising:
- memory including one or more storage media storing instructions;
- and
- at least one processor including processing circuitry,
- wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively, cause the electronic device to:
- obtain, from at least one external server, map data related to a 3-dimensional (3D) space including 3D geospatial information;
- generate, using the map data, 3D space data including a plurality of unit areas, wherein the plurality of unit areas includes flight unit areas in which an aerial vehicle is available to fly and restricted unit areas in which the aerial vehicle is unavailable to fly;
- generate a flight route of the aerial vehicle using the 3D space data;
- identify, among the flight unit areas, a first region comprising one or more flight unit areas based on the flight route and caution information;
- adapt a spatial resolution associated with the first region, including changing a unit size of at least one unit area included in the first region from a first size to a second size smaller than the first size;
- and
- generate a first modified flight route based on the adapted spatial resolution associated with the first region.
A method comprising:
- obtaining, from at least one external server, map data related to a 3-dimensional (3D) space including 3D geospatial information;
- generating, using the map data, 3D space data including a plurality of unit areas, wherein the plurality of unit areas includes flight unit areas in which an aerial vehicle is available to fly and restricted unit areas in which the aerial vehicle is unavailable to fly;
- generating a flight route of the aerial vehicle using the 3D space data;
- identifying, among the flight unit areas, a first region comprising one or more flight unit areas based on the flight route and caution information;
- adapting a spatial resolution associated with the first region, including changing a unit size of at least one unit area included in the first region from a first size to a second size smaller than the first size;
- and
- generating a first modified flight route based on the adapted spatial resolution associated with the first region.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs, when executed by an electronic device including a memory and a processor, cause the electronic device to:
- obtain, from at least one external server, map data related to a 3-dimensional (3D) space including 3D geospatial information;
- generate, using the map data, 3D space data including a plurality of unit areas, wherein the plurality of unit areas includes flight unit areas in which an aerial vehicle is available to fly and restricted unit areas in which the aerial vehicle is unavailable to fly;
- generate a flight route of the aerial vehicle using the 3D space data;
- identify, among the flight unit areas, a first region comprising one or more flight unit areas based on the flight route and caution information;
- adapt a spatial resolution associated with the first region, including changing a unit size of at least one unit area included in the first region from a first size to a second size smaller than the first size;
- and
- generate a first modified flight route based on the adapted spatial resolution associated with the first region.
