Automated generation of visual representations of documents

A system comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to:
• obtain one or more documents that include information about strategic planning of an organization;
• generate a vector embedding index corresponding to the one or more documents based on chunking and encoding content of the one or more documents;
• execute a large language model (LLM) to distill sections of the one or more documents and generate a file based on the vector embedding index and the distilled sections, wherein the file comprises a syntax for generating a visual representation of the information;
• and
• send, for display via a user interface, the visual representation of the information.

A non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations including:

• obtaining one or more documents that include information about strategic planning of an organization;
• generating a vector embedding index corresponding to the one or more documents based on chunking and encoding content of the one or more documents;
• executing a large language model (LLM) to distill sections of the one or more documents and generate a file based on the vector embedding index and the distilled sections, wherein the file comprises a syntax for generating a visual representation of the information;
• and
• sending, for display via a user interface, the visual representation of the information.
