Abstract
A search device includes: an obtainer that obtains the document data; and an analyzer that analyzes a document structure of the document data based on font information about a font of a character included in the document data obtained by the obtainer and border information about a border included in the document data.
Claims12
A search device for searching document data for information desired by a user, the search device comprising:
- an obtainer that obtains the document data;
- and
- an analyzer that analyzes a document structure of the document data based on font information about a font of a character included in the document data obtained by the obtainer and border information about a border included in the document data.
The search device according to claim further comprising:
- a presenter that presents the search result from the searcher to the user, the presenter generating a summary of an answer based on the search result from the searcher and displaying the summary generated.
A control method for a search device for searching document data for information desired by a user, the control method comprising:
- (a) obtaining the document data;
- and
- (b) analyzing a document structure of the document data based on font information about a font of a character included in the document data obtained in (a) and border information about a border included in the document data.
