Abstract
A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: a wireless communication interface that receives an image signal corresponding to an image which a mobile terminal is playing back; a display that displays a mirroring image on the basis of the received image signal; and a controller that determines whether a touchpad mode event is detected, and when the touchpad mode event is detected, transmits touchpad mode information for switching the operation mode of the mobile terminal to the touchpad mode to the mobile terminal through the wireless communication interface.
Claims15
A display device comprising:
- a wireless communication interface configured to receive an image signal corresponding to an image that is playing on a mobile terminal;
- a display configured to display a mirroring image on the basis of the received image signal;
- and
- a controller configured to:
- determine whether a touchpad mode event is detected;
- and transmit touchpad mode information for switching an operation mode of the mobile terminal to a touchpad mode in the mobile terminal through the wireless communication interface when the touchpad mode event is detected.
A method for operating a display device, the method comprising:
- receiving an image signal corresponding to an image that is playing on a mobile terminal;
- displaying a mirroring image on the basis of the received image signal;
- determining whether a touchpad mode event is detected;
- and
- transmitting touchpad mode information for switching an operation mode of the mobile terminal to a touchpad mode in the mobile terminal when the touchpad mode event is detected.
