System and method for monitoring manufacturing

A computer-implemented method for monitoring manufacturing, comprising:

• receiving a plurality of data streams, including:
• receiving a first data stream, wherein the first data stream is received synchronously;
• and
• receiving a second data stream, wherein the second data stream is received asynchronously;
• and
• producing a data driven model from the plurality of data streams using one or more data models, including:
• combining data from the plurality of data streams;
• and
• associating data of the second data stream with data of the first data stream that is determined to correspond to the data of the second data stream,
• wherein the one or more data models include a first model that includes information not available from the plurality of data streams and a second model that is extrapolated from the data from the plurality of data streams.

A computer system for monitoring manufacturing, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• memory that is communicatively coupled with and readable by the one or more processors, the memory storing one or more programs that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computer system to perform operations including:
• receiving a plurality of data streams, including:
• receiving a first data stream, wherein the first data stream is received synchronously;
• and
• receiving a second data stream, wherein the second data stream is received asynchronously;
• and
• producing a data driven model from the plurality of data streams using one or more data models, including:
• combining the data from the plurality of data streams;
• and
• associating data of the second data stream with data of the first data stream that is determined to correspond to the data of the second data stream,
• wherein the one or more data models include a first model that includes information not available from the plurality of data streams and a second model that is extrapolated from the data from the plurality of data streams.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs configured to be executed by one or more processors of a computer system for monitoring manufacturing, the one or more programs including instructions for:

• receiving a plurality of data streams, including:
• receiving a first data stream, wherein the first data stream is received synchronously;
• and
• receiving a second data stream, wherein the second data stream is received asynchronously;
• and
• producing a data driven model from the plurality of data streams using one or more data models, including:
• combining the data from the plurality of data streams;
• and
• associating data of the second data stream with data of the first data stream that is determined to correspond to the data of the second data stream,
• wherein the one or more data models include a first model that includes information not available from the plurality of data streams and a second model that is extrapolated from the data from the plurality of data streams.
