Abstract
A maleimide resin according to the present disclosure is a maleimide resin obtained by reacting a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (a1), an amine (a2), and maleic anhydride (a3), in which the tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (a1) includes a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride having a fluorene skeleton, and the amine (a2) include a dimer diamine and an amine having a biphenyl skeleton.

A maleimide resin obtained by reacting a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (a1), an amine (a2), and maleic anhydride (a3),
- wherein the tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (a1) includes a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride having a fluorene skeleton, and
- the amine (a2) include a dimer diamine and an amine having a biphenyl skeleton.
